$18.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience) Aisling Suites is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, welcoming accommodations while leading by example. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Clean guest rooms and apartment suites to company standards. Inspect completed rooms to ensure quality and cleanliness. Clean and maintain common areas throughout the property. Assign daily housekeeping tasks and help prioritize room turnovers. Train and support housekeeping staff. Ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals on time. Monitor housekeeping supplies and notify management when inventory is low. Assist with laundry as needed. Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly. Help maintain a positive, productive work environment. Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience required. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Must be reliable, organized, and have excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
