What You'll Be Doing:

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll help lead the team that keeps our hotel looking its best every single day. Lead, train, and support Room Attendants & Housepersons Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet Hilton cleanliness standards Inspect rooms, assign boards, and manage daily priorities Keep track of room status and communicate updates Help manage schedules, supplies, and inventory Work closely with maintenance to keep everything running smoothly Jump in and help the team when needed—we're all hands-on! Support team growth and performance

What We're Looking For:

A team-first attitude and positive energy Strong attention to detail Leadership or housekeeping experience is a plus (but we're willing to train the right person!) Someone dependable who takes pride in their work
