The Position:

Lead Environmental Services Supervisor Employment Status:

Full-time Hours per two-week pay-period: 80

Compensation:

$20.25 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience

Essential Job Functions:

Provide leadership and operational support by coordinating daily EVS activities, guiding and training EVS and Laundry Technicians, assisting shift supervisors, and promoting a positive, customer-focused team culture. Ensure regulatory and quality standards by conducting inspections, monitoring adherence to infection prevention practices and hospital policies, and collaborating with other departments to address cleaning and service needs promptly. Support performance and accountability by documenting and reporting staff attendance, performance concerns, and operational issues to the EVS Director while reinforcing safety, quality, and service expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
