Job Description
Environmental Services Director As Environmental Services Director at ARAMARK, you will lead daily environmental services operations to ensure clean, safe, and welcoming facilities for our clients and their guests. You will oversee housekeeping, sanitation, and waste management programs, ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as ARAMARK's quality standards. You will recruit, schedule, and develop a diverse frontline team, fostering a culture of service, teamwork, and respect. In partnership with client leaders, you will manage budgets, vendors, and performance metrics while driving continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives, and an outstanding customer experience. Lead and manage environmental services operations across assigned facilities. Supervise, schedule, and develop frontline staff to ensure high performance and engagement. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and ARAMARK standards. Oversee cleaning, sanitation, waste management, and infection-prevention procedures. Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships to meet financial targets. Monitor quality through inspections, audits, and client feedback, driving improvements. Implement training, safety programs, and standard operating procedures. Partner with client leadership to align services with expectations and contract requirements. Analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency, service quality, and sustainability. Promote a culture of service, teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
