Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee housekeeping staff, manage daily operations, and uphold safety and cleanliness protocols. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operation. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards. Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Develop and implement housekeeping schedules to optimize staffing levels and productivity. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery within the hotel or facility. Maintain records of cleaning tasks completed by staff to ensure accountability. Skills Proficient in floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods. Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in custodial operations within a hotel or similar environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
