About Three Ducks Three Ducks is a boutique 12-room hotel in the heart of Westhampton Beach, offering a personalized and elevated guest experience. We believe that exceptional housekeeping is one of the most important elements of hospitality, and we're looking for a dedicated leader who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards. Position Overview We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Head of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping operations. This is a working leadership role—you'll oversee the housekeeping team while also cleaning rooms and ensuring every space meets our quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and leads by example. Because we are a boutique property, this role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the housekeeping team Clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed Inspect all guest rooms before arrival to ensure they meet Three Ducks' standards Create daily housekeeping assignments and prioritize room turnovers Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and service standards Monitor inventory and order housekeeping supplies and linens Coordinate closely with the Front Desk regarding arrivals, departures, and special requests Report maintenance issues promptly Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards Maintain laundry operations and organization of housekeeping storage areas Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal preparations Qualifications Previous housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team Excellent time management skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical cleaning duties Reliable, dependable, and flexible with weekend and holiday availability Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who treats the property as if it were their own.
