Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as an Onsite Cleaning Manager, where you'll lead and oversee all cleaning and sanitation operations at a commercial facility. This energetic role is perfect for someone who is looking for supplemental income and is a motivated leader passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee contractors and ensure that all cleaning protocols are executed efficiently and effectively, creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents and employees alike. You will not need to clean. Must have availability between 10:00am and 2:00pm Monday through Friday. Schedule 10:30am to 1:30pm Monday through Friday. Interviewers chosen will come in and work a shift to determine suitability. Same day pay. Candidate officially chosen will start Monday through Friday at a to be determined date. Responsibilities Supervise daily cleaning activities across the facility, including industrial cleaning and janitorial tasks. Lead and motivate custodial staff to uphold sanitation standards aligned with safety regulations and best practices in cleaning & sanitation management. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness levels after other contractors, sanitation practices, and adherence to quality standards; address any deficiencies promptly. Communicate effectively with clients and staff to coordinate cleaning schedules, resolve issues, and improve service delivery. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; oversee proper usage and maintenance to optimize resources. Experience Custodial or janitorial experience, including expertise in sanitation, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate managerial expectations clearly. Willingness to learn. On time. Great communication with Offsite manager. Report anything that is broken or leaking to Offsite manager. Report any issues with contractors to Offsite Manager.
