Overview Join our dynamic World Equestrian Center team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and lead our dedicated cleaning staff to deliver exceptional cleanliness and comfort to our guests. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure adherence to sanitation standards, and foster a positive environment focused on guest satisfaction. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining the highest standards of hotel housekeeping management, ensuring every guest experience is spotless and memorable. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including daily assignments, special projects, and sanitation procedures Train and motivate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, use of cleaning equipment, and safety protocols Monitor the proper handling and storage of chemical agents, ensuring compliance with safety data sheets (SDS) and chemical handling guidelines Conduct regular inspections of guest units, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance of janitorial tools Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper communication and delivery of exceptional guest service. Support heavy lifting tasks and manual handling activities required for deep cleaning or bulk supply movement Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of industry cleaning methods, and sanitation standards Ability to handle chemical agents safely while adhering to chemical handling protocols Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and extended periods of standing or walking Prior experience with cleaning equipment operation Join us if you're passionate about hospitality excellence!
