Duties Lead and supervise housekeeping staff, providing clear direction, training, and motivation to ensure high-quality cleaning standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures aligned with sanitation regulations and safety standards. Oversee industrial and commercial cleaning tasks, including janitorial services, laundry operations, and specialized sanitation projects. Monitor daily operations to ensure cleanliness across all areas, promptly addressing any issues or deficiencies. Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to hygiene protocols, safety regulations, and customer service expectations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to support efficient operations. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the housekeeping team. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, safety regulations, and janitorial equipment handling. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly. Prior experience supervising industrial or large-scale cleaning projects preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest or client experiences. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Relevant certifications in sanitation standards or safety regulations are advantageous.
