Job Description

As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness, order, and guest satisfaction. This position can also assist the front desk/guest services when business volume demands

Responsibilities:
Supervise and train housekeeping staff Manage inventory of cleaning supplies Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Coordinate housekeeping schedules Clean guestrooms/public spaces as needed Act as manager on duty as needed
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Hotel Management (preferred) 5+ years experience in housekeeping, including 3+ years in a supervisory role Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lift 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning tasks Ability to work flexible hours
