We are seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations across our 4 Inns, all conveniently located within the same block. This role combines team leadership with direct, hands-on cleaning work, ensuring our guest rooms and common areas consistently meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities:

Supervise, schedule, and coordinate a team of housekeepers across all 4 properties Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside the team, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies Conduct quality inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure standards are met Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, placing orders as needed Address guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations across properties Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
