It starts early — reviewing arrivals, departures, VIP rooms, staffing, and preparing your team for the day ahead. In hospitality, cleanliness is more than appearance; it shapes the entire guest experience. As Executive Housekeeper, you help set the tone for every stay by ensuring guestrooms and public spaces are clean, organized, safe, and ready to welcome guests. Throughout the day, you'll lead and support your housekeeping team, inspect rooms, manage supplies, coordinate schedules, and jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly. Some days are fast-paced with back-to-back arrivals and special requests, while others focus on training, organization, and improving efficiency behind the scenes. You may also assist the front desk or guest services during busy periods, helping deliver a seamless guest experience across departments.
