Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and quality control measures. Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff to ensure adherence to sanitation protocols, safety regulations, and service standards. Oversee industrial and commercial cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning, carpet maintenance, window washing, and custodial services. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to ensure seamless operations. Enforce safety procedures related to sanitation practices, chemical handling, and equipment use to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to monitor cleanliness levels, address deficiencies promptly, and uphold hygiene standards. Foster excellent customer service by addressing guest or client concerns swiftly and professionally while maintaining team morale. Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hospitality or commercial settings. Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods and janitorial best practices. Strong background in sanitation procedures, safety regulations compliance, and cleaning & sanitation management. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while communicating clearly with staff at all levels. Experience with laundry operations is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards or commercial cleaning environments enhances suitability for this role. Previous management experience in team supervision ensures you can lead with confidence and foster a collaborative work atmosphere.
