Job Description
Position Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and member satisfaction throughout the club. This position provides leadership, training, and support to the housekeeping team while maintaining departmental standards and assisting with daily operations as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and support the daily activities of the housekeeping team. Inspect guest and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet club standards. Train, coach, and develop housekeeping staff. Assist with scheduling and daily task assignments. Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and communicate ordering needs. Address member and guest requests promptly and professionally. Ensure all safety policies and departmental procedures are followed. Assist with cleaning duties when operational needs require. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous housekeeping supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to exceptional service. Starting Pay $22.00 per hour
