Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet quality standards. Lead cleaning operations using various janitorial techniques, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry services to maintain timely and efficient linen and guest clothing processing. Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety compliance, and maintenance needs across the property. Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity and morale. Collaborate with management to develop cleaning schedules and implement improvements for operational efficiency. Requirements Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hotels or similar hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, and laundry operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Experience with hotel or hospitality management practices is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude. Good communication skills to coordinate with staff, management, and guests as needed. Pay:
$13.50 - $15.50 per hour
