The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of housekeeping professionals as well as ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-profile clients, exceptional organizational skills and strong motivational qualities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with guests and employees. Clean rooms and public spaces such as lobbies and restrooms. Interact with other departments as appropriate regarding individual room cleaning and overall housekeeping services. Review housekeeping efficiencies for various areas of the hotel and communicate observed trends to management. Establish and enforce service standards. Provide direction to room attendants working under their supervision. Conduct regular inspections of cleaning staff performance to ensure adherence to standards. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for housekeeping services.
