Job Description

Description Run the house. Set the standard. At the Best Western Plus Executive Residency in Jackson, Tennessee, guests do not just pass through. This is extended stay, so they unpack, they settle in, they stay for weeks. That means clean is not a checklist item, it is the reason they come back. We are looking for an Executive Housekeeper who takes that personally. What you will own You lead the housekeeping and laundry team from the linen closet to the last light switch. That means building the daily board, training your team the right way the first time, keeping par levels honest, running deep clean rotations before anyone has to ask, and partnering with the front desk so rooms are ready when guests walk in. You will manage labor to budget, keep us audit ready on brand standards, and hold the line on safety and chemical handling. What you bring Two or more years of housekeeping leadership in a hotel setting, ideally extended stay or select service. A working knowledge of labor cost per occupied room and how to schedule to it. The ability to develop a team, not just direct one. Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus. Weekend availability, because hospitality does not clock out on Friday. Why Athena Hospitality Group We are a growing management company with properties across four states, and we promote from within because we would rather grow our people than replace them. Our recognition programs, including our Pineapple Award and the Golden Owl, exist because we notice the work. Full time role with competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and hotel travel discounts. Ready to run a house you can be proud of? Apply today and tell us what clean means to you. Athena Hospitality Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
