In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of cleaning, sanitation, and safety protocols across multiple locations, ensuring a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold regulatory standards, and foster a culture of excellence in cleanliness and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive manager with a passion for industrial cleaning, hospitality standards, and team supervision to make a significant impact on our organization's operational success. Duties Lead and manage the environmental services team, including custodial staff, janitorial personnel, and sanitation crews, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning and sanitation protocols aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Supervise daily cleaning operations across all facilities, including commercial spaces, industrial areas, laundry services, and hospitality environments. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment use, and workplace sanitation to maintain a safe environment for all employees. Coordinate staff training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, customer service excellence, and new sanitation technologies. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; oversee procurement processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions promptly. Foster a positive team environment through effective management communication, leadership development, and recognition initiatives. Collaborate with management teams to align environmental services with overall organizational goals while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Experience Proven supervisory experience in custodial services or environmental management within industrial cleaning or hospitality settings. Extensive knowledge of cleaning procedures including commercial cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and janitorial operations. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to chemical handling, workplace safety protocols, and sanitation standards. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams of diverse staff members while promoting teamwork and accountability. Experience in managing inventory supplies for large-scale cleaning operations; ability to oversee procurement processes effectively.
