Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry areas, and staff facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and sanitation standards. Supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high-quality cleaning practices across all areas. Monitor adherence to safety regulations and sanitation procedures, ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests alike. Coordinate cleaning schedules and assign tasks efficiently to optimize team productivity and service quality. Identify areas for improvement in cleaning processes and implement best practices for industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, and janitorial services. Communicate effectively with management regarding inspection results, staffing needs, or safety concerns to uphold operational excellence. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the housekeeping department. Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with a strong background in cleaning & sanitation management. Supervising or team management experience demonstrating leadership in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, sanitation procedures, and janitorial practices. Excellent managerial communication skills to lead teams effectively and ensure clear instructions are followed. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address guest concerns professionally and promptly. Familiarity with laundry operations and hospitality industry standards is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
