In this pivotal role, you will oversee the quality and efficiency of cleaning services across commercial facilities, ensuring high standards of sanitation, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will motivate and manage a team of cleaning staff, coordinate daily tasks, and uphold strict safety and sanitation regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the cleanliness and hygiene standards of diverse commercial environments while fostering a positive team culture. Duties Supervise and coordinate nightly cleaning activities across multiple commercial sites, including offices, industrial facilities, and hospitality venues. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of custodial staff, ensuring they adhere to cleaning protocols and safety procedures. Assign daily tasks to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance to maintain high-quality standards. Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations; address any deficiencies promptly. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained properly; manage inventory levels efficiently. Enforce safety regulations rigorously to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning operations. Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding service quality, operational issues, or special requests. Skills Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments with strong custodial expertise. Demonstrated staff supervision and team management skills with the ability to lead by example. Supervising experience in janitorial services or hospitality settings is highly desirable. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate teams and liaise with clients confidently. Deep understanding of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment. Knowledge of laundry operations or hotel housekeeping management is a plus for versatile application.
