Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper/ Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and ensure our hospitality environments are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and providing a comfortable, pristine space for guests. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere that exceeds expectations. This person is the relief for the Executive Housekeepers days off on these days you will inspect and lead the team. Must have previous housekeeping supervisor / inspector experience. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all living or guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies Organizing linens and clothing to ensure freshness and order Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care procedures to keep surfaces spotless and safe Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, toilets, sinks, and kitchen areas regularly Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' needs promptly and professionally Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including inventory checks for cleaning supplies Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential settings or hotels is highly preferred Proven background in commercial cleaning or housecleaning services demonstrating attention to detail and efficiency Experience with carpet cleaning, floor care techniques, and sanitation practices is advantageous Knowledge of laundry procedures and handling household or hotel linens effectively Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse environments Join us to deliver top-tier cleanliness and hospitality services that make every space feel welcoming!
