Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Janitorial Manager to oversee and coordinate cleaning staff at various client locations. This is an evening, after-hours position requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a willingness to work alongside the team to ensure high cleaning standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, schedule, and coordinate janitorial staff across assigned locations Perform cleaning duties alongside team members as needed Ensure all client facilities are cleaned to company standards and client expectations Conduct routine inspections of job sites to maintain quality control Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols Address and resolve employee or client concerns in a timely manner Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed Communicate regularly with management regarding staffing, performance, and site conditions

Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience required Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites Reliable transportation required Ability to work evening/night shifts consistently

Compensation & Schedule:

Salaried position equivalent to $12-$14/hour, based on experience Evening, after office-hours schedule
