Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks to ensure operational excellence Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff through effective team supervision and clear managerial communication Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet quality standards and deadlines Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety regulations Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation protocols in compliance with industry standards Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes Enforce safety regulations related to industrial cleaning and custodial work to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hospitality or commercial settings Extensive knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and safety regulations applicable to industrial and commercial cleaning environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight, staff training, and customer service interactions Hands-on experience with laundry operations and hospitality housekeeping standards is preferred Demonstrated ability to implement cleaning & sanitation management strategies that ensure compliance with health regulations Prior experience in managing large teams in fast-paced settings with a focus on quality control and operational efficiency Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a passionate team dedicated to maintaining pristine environments that delight guests and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
