Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks across all designated areas Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety regulations Develop work schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor staff productivity to meet operational goals Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently maintained Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Implement best practices for industrial and commercial cleaning techniques to optimize efficiency and quality Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing needs, supply inventory, and maintenance issues Requirements Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles with a strong background in cleaning and sanitation management Supervising or team management experience within a hospitality or commercial cleaning environment Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, sanitation procedures, and equipment handling Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Strong managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments effectively Experience in laundry operations and hospitality housekeeping is highly desirable Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor where your leadership transforms spaces into pristine environments that delight guests and clients alike!
