An international family relocating to Central Virginia is seeking an experienced, dependable, and professional Housekeeper / Cook to help care for and maintain their private residence. Separate private accommodation( House) will be provided within a short distance of the primary home. The successful candidate must be child-friendly, comfortable working in a family environment, and genuinely dog-friendly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Housekeeping & Household Care Perform detailed and deep cleaning throughout the residence. Handle daily housekeeping and general upkeep. Maintain household organization and orderly storage areas. Properly care for fine linens, furnishings, and household items. Monitor household supplies and restock items as needed. Communicate any maintenance or repair concerns promptly. Help ensure the residence is consistently welcoming and ready for the family. Laundry & Wardrobe Care Complete household laundry. Handle ironing and wardrobe care. Properly care for clothing, linens, and delicate household fabrics. Meal Preparation & Kitchen Support Prepare simple, healthy family meals. Handle grocery shopping as needed. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization. Household & Family Support Run household errands as needed. Assist with the care of household pets. Support the household when children and family members are in residence. Provide flexible support wherever needed based on the family's schedule and household priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience working in a private residence or similarly high-standard environment. Strong housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and household organization skills. Comfortable preparing simple, healthy family meals. Child-friendly and comfortable working in a family environment. Genuinely dog-friendly and comfortable assisting with pet care. Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail. Flexible and able to adapt to a varying weekly schedule. Positive, proactive, and willing to assist wherever needed. Professional, discreet, dependable, and organized. Valid driver's license. Strong references. U.S. work authorization.
