Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning and sanitation teams in delivering exceptional cleanliness standards across our hospitality or commercial facilities. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient task completion and adherence to quality standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, sanitation practices, and customer service expectations Monitor cleaning operations across various areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facilities, and industrial zones Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, sanitation levels, and compliance with safety regulations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and timely replenishment Enforce safety procedures related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and workplace sanitation to minimize hazards Foster a team-oriented environment by providing leadership, motivation, and constructive feedback to staff Skills Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse groups of staff Effective managerial communication skills for training staff and coordinating with other departments or clients Customer service orientation with a focus on creating a positive experience for guests or facility users Demonstrated leadership in managing janitorial teams or housekeeping operations within hospitality or corporate settings Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety compliance Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor to make a tangible impact on the cleanliness and safety of our facilities!
