Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Lead and motivate housekeeping staff by providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to promote teamwork and high productivity. Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks efficiently to optimize workflow and meet deadlines. Monitor cleanliness across all areas, conducting inspections to uphold hygiene standards and address any deficiencies promptly. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance. Enforce safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to maintain a safe working environment for all staff. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or guest requests, ensuring seamless service delivery. Experience Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments. Strong background in cleaning techniques, janitorial services, laundry operations, and overall custodial practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage schedules, and resolve operational issues efficiently. Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards is highly desirable. Familiarity with management of cleaning supplies, safety regulations related to chemical handling, and quality control procedures is essential.
