As a key leader, you will oversee custodial operations, supervise staff, and implement best practices in cleaning, sanitation, and safety regulations to support our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Your energy, leadership, and attention to detail will drive a positive impact on our environment and community. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily custodial operations across facility, ensuring all cleaning and sanitation tasks meet established standards. Operate custodial equipment including but not limited to wet/dry vacuums, extractors, buffers, sprayers, auto scrubbers and electric carts. Plan, coordinate, establish priorities, and supervise the daily cleaning and daily maintenance of multiple University buildings Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety compliance. Implement and enforce safety regulations related to custodial activities, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure adherence to sanitation protocols, identify areas for improvement, and address any deficiencies promptly. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage. Foster excellent customer service by addressing facility concerns promptly and maintaining positive communication with staff and stakeholders. Skills Extensive experience in cleaning, sanitation management, industrial cleaning, and commercial cleaning environments. Demonstrated ability to oversee janitorial services, laundry operations, hospitality functions, and housekeeping management. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
