Sanitation Worker Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center • Food & Nutritional Services 003 Anniston , AL Support Services full-time , days/evenings , 6:30a-3:00p/8a-4:30p/every other weekend Req # 15907 Weekends?: Yes Reporting to the Food and Nutrition Supervisor, this position is accountable for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, trays, utensils, pots and pans, and other related equipment and work areas, and to work designated positions on tray line. Ensures that all pots, pans and utensils are cleaned and sanitized. Ensures that dish room is cleaned sanitized and correct procedures are followed for cleaning dishes. Maintains assigned department areas in clean, neat and sanitary manner. Transports and stores food and supplies to maintain the food's quality. Contributes to the productivity and cost effectiveness of the department. Maintains safety and sanitation standards of department to ensure quality food.
