In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality carpet and floor cleaning services across various commercial and residential settings. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and inviting. Duties Perform comprehensive carpet cleaning using advanced equipment and cleaning agents to remove stains, dirt, and allergens effectively. Conduct floor scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and refinishing to maintain pristine floor surfaces across different environments. Handle chemical agents safely, following all safety protocols for mixing, application, and disposal to ensure environmental compliance. Operate various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, extractors, and steam cleaners with precision and care. Execute janitorial and custodial tasks including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and detailed cleaning of floors and surfaces. Assist with heavy lifting of equipment or furniture as needed during cleaning projects while adhering to manual handling safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and addressing any specific needs or concerns. Experience Prior experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or environmental services is highly desirable. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as floor buffing, waxing, scrubbing, and refinishing is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures to ensure safety and effectiveness. Experience operating professional cleaning equipment including carpet extractors, floor buffers, and chemical sprayers. Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and manual handling safely. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients and team members.
