A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

If you're in college this will be a good fit. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows across various commercial and residential properties. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will ensure sparkling results while adhering to all safety protocols. Responsibilities Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and pressure washing equipment to reach high or difficult areas Use hand tools and industrial cleaning equipment to thoroughly clean windows, glass surfaces, and surrounding areas Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques for different surfaces, including duct cleaning and floor buffing as needed Follow strict safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, harnesses, and fire extinguishers when necessary Perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of cleaning supplies and equipment while maintaining proper ergonomic practices Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions to ensure consistent quality standards are met Maintain detailed records of completed work, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance Experience Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is highly desirable Hands-on experience with ladder use, pressure washing, duct cleaning, and floor buffing techniques preferred Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and handling heavy equipment Familiarity with the use of hand tools, cleaning equipment, fire extinguishers, and personal protective gear Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions is advantageous Join us in delivering outstanding window cleaning services that brighten spaces and exceed client expectations!
