Fish Window Cleaning has been cleaning homes and businesses across the Birmingham metro since 2018, and we're looking for 1-2 people who are willing to learn — that's it. No squeegee experience. No degree. No certifications. Just show up, work hard, and we'll teach you everything else. What the job looks like Cleaning windows, screens, and window tracks at houses and small commercial properties Most of it is done standing on the ground; some jobs need a ladder — we'll train you on that too You'll ride out to job sites in a company vehicle You'll talk to customers, explain what you did, and leave the place looking great What it pays $16/hour to start, during your ~2-week training period After that, performance-based pay — most techs make $18-22/hour Experienced techs on our team make $25+/hour Biweekly pay Schedule Full time, Monday-Friday, roughly 6:30 AM-3:30 PM No nights. No weekends. Ever. We work in most weather — we'll always tell you straight what to expect Requirements Valid driver's license and a decent driving record Comfortable with occasional ladder work Can lift about 50 lbs and be on your feet all day Shows up on time, every day 18 or older Why people stick around Tight, small crew — you'll know everyone, and the owner works jobs too Home for dinner every night Outside all day instead of stuck indoors Pay goes up as you get faster — most techs earn more at 6 months than at 3 We promote from within — tell us in your interview if you want to run a crew someday Applying takes about 3 minutes. We respond to everyone, usually same day, and we're interviewing this week. Fish Window Cleaning is an equal opportunity employer. Thank you for your interest in Fish Window Cleaning ®.
