- 1st shift, 7am to 4pm

- is partnering with a leading HVAC manufacturing company to find a dependable, detail-oriented
- Operations Coordinator.
- If you have HVAC experience, strong organizational skills, and enjoy keeping people, parts, and service operations on track, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
+ Answer service-line and office calls as a second line of support.
+ Book T&M jobs for technicians.
+ Order parts and issue POs as needed.
+ Dispatch technicians as needed.
+ Process and track material/parts returns.
+ Return calls and follow up when necessary.
+ Help keep the warehouse organized by moving parts and materials.
+ Coordinate with technicians, warehouse, purchasing, and other teams. _No heavy lifting or machine operation required._ What You Bring
+ High school diploma/GED. + 2+ years of HVAC industry experience required. + 2-3+ years in dispatch, operations, administration, or a related support role.
+ Previous dispatch experience preferred.
+ Strong communication, planning, organization, and time-management skills.
+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us? - Pay Details:
- $21.
