We develop disciplined pros who own outcomes and lead by example What You'll Do Install, maintain, and remove roofline C9 displays (including ridges/hips) with clean cable management and timers Wrap trees, bushes, and columns with mini lights; troubleshoot simple electrical issues Pressure wash homes, roofs, driveways, sidewalks, and patios using safe, professional techniques Stage ladders, harness, and tie-offs correctly; protect landscaping, gutters, shingles, paint, and fixtures Perform pre- and post-job walkthroughs; leave every site cleaner than we found it Load, secure, and care for trucks, ladders, and tools so crews start the next day ready Use your smartphone for photos, checklists, directions, and clear team/customer communication Must-Have Qualifications 1+ season in holiday lights or roofing (comfortable on 1-3 story roofs; non-negotiable) Solid ladder skills, harness familiarity, and a safety-first mindset Able to lift 75 lbs, work outdoors in heat/cold, and handle longer days during peak months Clean, professional appearance; on time, reliable, and coachable Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Nice-to-Have CLIPA (or similar) training, low-voltage basics, confident trailer backing Can read tape measures/diagrams and solve on-site problems fast Light carpentry/hand-tool comfort (clips, anchors, minor adjustments) Schedule & Seasonality Peak (Nov-Dec): longer days with some evenings/weekends to complete installs and takedowns Rest of year: standard daytime schedule focused on exterior cleaning, with occasional Saturdays How We Work (Core Values) Absolute Excellence — first-time quality, tidy installs, zero shortcuts Lead with Love — respectful, calm, and helpful in every interaction Pursuit of Greatness — improve every week: speed, quality, safety Honor the Word — do what you say, when you said you'd do it Alpha Ownership — own the result: job, truck, tools, and customer experience What Success Looks Like Zero safety incidents; on-time starts and finishes Straight lines, even spacing, clean cable runs, spotless cleanup 5-star homeowner feedback and professional communication Tools and vehicles returned organized and job-ready Requirements Work authorization in the U.S. Background check and drug screen
