We meet together regularly to talk about what we need to start doing and stop doing, we read books together to find new ideas, and have company outings together. Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to : Supervise Accounts Organize accounts, walk throughs, and clean when needed. Resolve complaints and reply to customer requests. Coordinate and train start of new cleaners. Lead, attend, and participate in team meetings at Keepers office. Clear consistent communication with customers and team members. Independently find solutions to issues.

Requirements:

2 years minimum experience with a Janitorial company. 2 years minimum experience leading team members. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Basic English Skills. Great at coordinating schedules Good communication skills in person and email/phone. Reliable transportation. Being available after hours and weekends when needed.
