If so, keep reading — we want to hear from you. One AZ Cleaning is looking for a dependable and experienced Night Cleaning Technician who takes pride in doing the job right every single time. We're looking for someone who shows up consistently, pays attention to the details, can work independently, and understands that quality and reliability are non-negotiable.
- Position Details Night janitorial cleaning specialist 5-6 nights per week Approximately 15-18 hours per week Work begins after 10:00 PM Weekends required Consistent weekly schedule Approximately 3 hours per shift
- Pay $20 per hour $100 weekly performance bonus $100 monthly performance bonus
- Travel Requirements You must have your own reliable vehicle and be able to consistently commute: 5-6 nights per week
Important:
You must have a vehicle capable of transporting approximately 3-4 large trash bags per shift for off-site disposal.- Responsibilities Clean and detail offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Properly sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment Remove approximately 3-4 large trash bags per shift and dispose of them off-site at an appropriate disposal location Follow detailed cleaning checklists and protocols Report maintenance, damage, or safety concerns immediately Keep cleaning supplies organized and monitor inventory Maintain consistent, high-quality cleaning standards every shift •Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning or janitorial experience preferred Must have your own reliable vehicle Must be comfortable transporting 3-4 large trash bags per shift Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Able to work independently without direct supervision Strong time-management skills Familiarity with professional cleaning chemicals and products Comfortable working late-night shifts and weekends •Who We're Looking For This position is best suited for someone who values consistency, independence, accountability, and quality work .
