Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable Implement cleaning procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards Conduct floor cleaning and care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure spotless surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Manage outdoor work tasks like patio cleaning or garden tidying to enhance curb appeal Use proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy furniture or supplies to prevent injury Communicate professionally with clients regarding cleaning schedules or special requests to ensure satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles with a focus on customer service excellence Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, dusting techniques, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors Ability to handle cleaning detergents safely and effectively while adhering to health guidelines Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes Physical capability for heavy lifting and outdoor work activities as needed Excellent client communication skills to understand specific needs and provide exceptional service Join us if you're passionate about creating pristine spaces that guests love!
