We are seeking a Full-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. This role is essential to ensuring our community's common areas and facilities reflect the high standards our residents expect and deserve. What You'll Be Doing -

• Clean and maintain common areas, offices, resident spaces, and community facilities to ensure a safe and attractive environment.
• Perform floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, polishing, and other custodial duties.
• Support event setup and takedown activities, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment as needed.
• Complete routine cleaning projects, trash removal, and general facility upkeep while following safety procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests while responding promptly to custodial requests. About You -
• Previous custodial, housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to operate floor care and custodial equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
