The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. 7AM-3:30pm monday-friday

DRUG TEST REQUIRED U.S CITIZEN

Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in commercial and residential settings. Conduct industrial cleaning duties such as floor care and buffing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Carry out custodial responsibilities including restroom maintenance, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies as needed. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep of the building. Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition, reporting any issues or shortages promptly. Provide porter services by assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment as required. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all duties. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Skills in floor care, buffing, and general maintenance are highly desirable. Experience with residential painting can be beneficial for additional facility upkeep tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
