Communicate professionally with clients regarding specific cleaning needs or concerns while providing excellent customer service. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including inventory management of cleaning supplies and scheduling routine maintenance. Practice manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks safely to prevent injury while moving furniture or large equipment. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial backgrounds preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper application methods to ensure effective sanitation. Skilled in various cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, dusting, and surface sanitation. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts.
