These are anticipated positions and are dependent on actual job openings and contract staffing needs.

Starting pay:

Approximately $23.00 per hour. Actual pay, schedule, hours, and assignment may vary depending on the position and contract requirements. Typical Duties Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Emptying trash and recycling Dusting and cleaning offices and common areas Cleaning glass, entrances and breakrooms Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies Detail cleaning, including corners, edges, ledges and cobweb removal Properly using cleaning chemicals, PPE and equipment Following assigned cleaning routes and quality standards Following client security, key/access and property procedures What We Are Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Professional and respectful at client locations Able to follow safety procedures and instructions Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation to assigned work locations Janitorial experience is helpful but not required; training may be provided Depending on the position, selected employees may receive R&S safety, cleaning, equipment, security/access and site-specific training before independent assignment.
