What they do

A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Clean exterior windows of commercial and residential properties

Requirements:

Prefer to have someone with some experience of exterior home cleaning but not necessary Training and equipment will be provided NEEDS to have a car to drive

Skills:

Experience in window cleaning or related field preferred Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices Ability to work independently and efficiently Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and address any concerns Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
