We are looking for a Custodian to join our team temporarily! The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness of the office buildings and warehouse facilities daily, restock supplies as needed, and perform monthly, quarterly and annual deep cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities:
Cleans and supplies designated building areas such as the breakrooms, restrooms, offices, conference rooms, parking lots and other workplace areas throughout the day by performing tasks including, but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, emptying trashcans, replacing sticky mats, etc. Performs routine deep cleaning tasks throughout the facilities as required. Performs quarterly maintenance of all facilities which includes carpet deep cleaning and floor waxing in all facilities. Restocks and cleans bathrooms and breakrooms throughout all Hygiena facilities as needed daily. Cleans all kitchen refrigerators on a weekly basis. Ensures cleanliness of Production Areas, as needed, throughout the day and/or as requested by the Facilities Custodial Supervisor or Facilities Manager. Assists Warehouse to ice and pack shipments as directed by Supervisor. Runs floor sweeper daily to clean Warehouse floor. Performs routine inspections of restroom and breakroom amenities, such as toilets, sinks, light fixtures, and performs general maintenance as directed by Facilities Custodial Supervisor. Notifies management of necessary repairs and/or deficiencies.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in custodial role within company or externally Salary Range (applicable to California): $17.50/hour
