Job Summary Sunday-Thursday 6:00pm - 2:30 am Floor experience necessary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Janitorial Supervisor to lead our overnight cleaning team. In this vital role, you will oversee the sanitation and cleanliness of our facilities during nighttime hours, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Your leadership will drive efficient cleaning operations, uphold safety standards, and maintain high-quality custodial services across all areas. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nightly cleaning activities performed by janitorial staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and equipment use Monitor adherence to safety regulations and sanitation standards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and laundry materials, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to address issues promptly and improve operational workflows Enforce company policies related to custodial services, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Skills Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles with a focus on industrial or commercial cleaning environments Strong staff supervision and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead night shift personnel Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight and customer service interactions Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques Experience overseeing housekeeping or hospitality-related cleaning operations is a plus Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Leadership qualities combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development Join us as a Night Janitorial Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in maintaining pristine facilities that promote safety, hygiene, and excellence.
