Armor360 Cleaning Services is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team on a per diem (on-call) basis , with a strong possibility of consistent and increased hours based on performance.

We specialize in:

Post-construction cleaning Move-in / move-out cleaning Deep cleaning services Maintenance (recurring) cleaning We are looking for individuals who understand that cleaning is not surface-level — attention to detail is a must . Our standards are high, and we expect our team to deliver consistent, high-quality results on every job.

Responsibilities:

Perform post-construction, move-in/move-out, deep, and maintenance cleaning Execute detailed cleaning tasks (baseboards, edges, grout lines, fixtures, etc.) Follow job scopes and checklists with precision Work independently or with a team Properly use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals Maintain professionalism on job sites at all times

Requirements:

Prior cleaning experience required (post-construction preferred) Must be highly detail-oriented (this is critical) Reliable, punctual, and responsive Ability to follow direction and maintain efficiency Able to lift 25-30 lbs and stay active for extended periods Reliable transportation required Flexible/on-call availability
