Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner Technician to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial windows across various properties. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will ensure our clients' buildings shine with clarity and professionalism. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior windows on commercial buildings, ensuring streak-free results Utilize equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and extension poles to reach high or difficult areas safely Operate scissor lifts and other access equipment in compliance with safety standards to access elevated surfaces Conduct routine janitorial and custodial tasks to maintain overall cleanliness of work sites Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Inspect work areas post-cleaning to ensure quality standards are met and address any spots needing additional attention Maintain detailed records of completed jobs, safety checks, and equipment usage for accountability and reporting Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial environments Familiarity with using scissor lifts or other elevated access equipment safely and effectively Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including window washing and general surface sanitation Ability to operate cleaning tools and machinery efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying areas needing extra care Good physical stamina for standing, climbing, lifting, and working at heights throughout the day Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report any safety concerns or issues Join us as a Window Cleaner Technician and become part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service!
