We are currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to help maintain the beauty and presentation of beautiful, brand-new model homes and sales offices. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys independent tasks, and appreciates a structured, early-morning schedule. Work is typically performed between 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM. All equipment is provided, and hands-on training is conducted on site by our experienced field managers to ensure your success.

What You'll Do:

• Vacuum and mop hardwood, tile, and laminate flooring
• Dust furniture, décor, and surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Polish countertops, appliances, and fixtures
• Clean desks and office areas
• Sanitize and maintain bathrooms
• Care for and properly use cleaning equipment
• Change lightbulbs within reach of a two-step stool
• Sweep and maintain porches, patios, and entryways

What We're Looking For:

• A team player who shows up consistently and on time
• Ability to safely lift at least 25 pounds
• Comfortable using a two-step stool
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work independently during early morning hours
