Custodian Responsibilities :
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, and light scrubbing Gather and empty trash. Service, clean, and supply restrooms. Cleaning using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Dust furniture and walls Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors as needed Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
