Front Office Lead SUMMARY:
Maintains strict cleanliness and sanitation standards within cleanroom environments. Must Adhere to all protocols to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleanroom Tasks:
Cleans certified cleanroom per established policies and procedures Tasks in the cleanroom include but are not limited to cleaning floors, walls, surfaces, windows, and equipment using approved cleaning materials Keep cleanroom areas clean and orderly Maintains logs and documentation for all cleaning tasks performed in the cleanroom Handle and dispose of any waste and/or trash materials Restock cleanroom PPE such as hairnets, gowns, masks, gloves, and shoe covers as needed Comply with all PPE requirements when performing tasks in the cleanroom area
General Responsibilities and Expectations:
Completes tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision Completes all tasks assigned by the supervisor Maintains cleaning supplies inventory (requests orders for supplies) Comply with all company safety guidelines, PPE requirements, regulatory standards, policies, and procedures Performs other duties as assigned Will be cross-trained and perform duties as Building Janitor as needed.
Tasks may include:
Interior Facility Tasks (Non-Cleanroom Areas): Perform general janitorial duties in all buildings in office spaces, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, employee break area, kitchens, conference rooms and other common areas daily Dust and clean surfaces such as desks, furniture, vents, blinds, baseboards, and fixtures to maintain a clean, professional appearance Empty trash, replace liners, and sanitize high-tough surfaces daily Clean floors (vacuum, sweep, mop) and maintain a tidy appearance in all in interior areas Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in the correct placement Restock restroom, break room, kitchen supplies as needed Notify management of any facility maintenance needs and/or safety concerns inside the building
Exterior Building and Grounds Maintenance:
Pick up and properly dispose of litter, debris, and trash around the exterior of buildings and parking areas Clean exterior windows, doors, and building facades as needed. Maintain cleanliness around dumpsters and waste disposal areas Report any safety hazards or damage to exterior property to management immediately
