Job Summary MCC Quality Cleaning is looking for a dependable and experienced Cleaning Team Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is ready to take on additional responsibility. You will be responsible for cleaning your own assigned locations while also helping lead, train, and support other members of our cleaning team. The Cleaning Team Lead will play an important role in maintaining our quality standards, assisting with quality control, helping with coverage when needed, and communicating issues or updates to management. We are looking for someone who can work independently and set a strong example for the team. Duties Perform commercial cleaning efficiently at assigned locations. Act as the main point of contact on the ground, communicating issues and updates directly to management. Assist with specialty cleaning projects as needed (e.g., deep cleans, floor care). Step in to cover call-offs and sudden schedule changes to ensure 100% building coverage. Train and support new cleaners, ensuring they understand proper techniques and safety protocols. Perform quality control inspections to verify that cleaning standards are consistently met.

Requirements Experience:

1-2 years of commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Leadership:

Previous experience training others or leading a small team is a plus.

Must have a flexible schedule to help cover unexpected call-offs.
